Today I will introduce an oilfield water storage tank, which is the HSG80 nested water tank behind me. The HSG set water tank is mainly used for oil drilling production and domestic water supply, and is an indispensable water supply equipment.

这款套装水罐由上、下两个罐体组成，上罐容积为30立方米，下罐容积为50立方米，下罐附带一个泵仓。正常工作时，上箱位于下箱体上方，并牢靠固定于下箱体上，下水箱设有6个支撑立柱，并设有限位点。运输时，上箱置于下箱内，满足托运要求。

This nested water tank consists of an upper and a lower tank. The volume of the upper tank is 30 cubic meters, and the volume of the lower tank is 50 cubic meters with a pump chamber. During normal operation, the upper tank is located above the lower tank and firmly fixed on it. The lower tank is provided with 6 supporting columns and a limit point. During transportation, the upper tank is placed in the lower, which meets the consignment requirements.

套装水箱具有上箱体上水和下箱体进、出水功能，并设有备用口也可向用水设备提供水源。

The nested water tank has the functions of water supply to the upper tank and water inlet and outlet from the lower tank, and is equipped with a spare port to provide water for water equipment.

上、下箱体均采用结实耐用板厚为6mm的瓦楞板结构，底座采用撬装结构，可以满足现场短距离拖拽。

The upper and lower tanks are made of durable corrugated board structure with a thickness of 6mm, and the base adopts a skid-mounted structure, which can meet the short-distance dragging on site.

套装水罐设有封闭泵仓，包括两台防爆离心式水泵，防爆照明灯，磁翻板液位计和防爆控制箱及管线阀门等。所有电机电气均为防爆型，防爆等级为ExdⅡBT4，防护等级为IP55。

The nested water tank is equipped with a closed pump chamber, including two explosion-proof centrifugal pumps, and lighting, magnetic flap level gauge, explosion-proof control box and pipeline valves. All electric motors are explosion-proof, the explosion-proof grade is ExdⅡBT4, and the protection grade is IP55.
